Born in 1997, Eric Tsai previously worked as an AI engineer at an AI startup and is now also active as a research assistant. His early creative practice grew out of photography club activities, with film photography and artist books as the main media. Recently, he has been combining technical expertise with digital art, focusing on the sparks created by big data, artificial intelligence, and human interaction.
